OPTEAMS / POLICIES
Cookie and Local Storage Information
Information about browser storage used on the public and sign-in pages.
Essential session cookies
Regular sign-in uses the PHPSESSID session cookie; its name may vary with server configuration. The super-admin area uses a separate OPTEAMS_SUPER_ADMIN cookie. These are first-party cookies needed to associate sign-in state, session verification and security checks. They do not store marketing preferences.
Duration and session expiry
These are session cookies without a persistent expiry date. Browser session-restoration behavior can affect how long they remain on a device. Server-side inactivity expiry is separate from cookie lifetime; an expired session may require signing in again.
Language choice
In this version, language selection on public, sign-in and policy pages uses lang=tr or lang=en in links; no new language cookie is written. If you used an earlier version, local storage may contain an opteams-lang entry. It is first-party storage for the previous language choice and may remain until browser data is cleared.
Analytics and advertising
The public and sign-in pages in this release include no added analytics or advertising trackers. If optional trackers are introduced later, a separate prior-choice and consent mechanism must be provided where required. Signing in or continuing to browse cannot substitute for consent to those trackers.
Control and deletion
You can inspect or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies may prevent sign-in and protected actions from working. Deleting cookies does not delete the records your company holds on the server.
