OPTEAMS / POLICIES

Safe-Use Policy

Usage rules for OpTeams accounts, devices and operational records.

Protect your account

Choose a strong password not used for other services. Do not share accounts; request a permissions review when responsibilities change. Sign out on shared devices when finished. Do not leave a session open relying on automatic timeout.

Connection and device

Use the HTTPS site address. Do not ignore browser certificate warnings. Grant camera, location and notification permissions only for relevant tasks. Keep your operating system and browser updated, and report a lost device to your company.

Downloads and backups

Store downloaded reports and backups in a restricted location. Keep encrypted-backup passwords separate from the files. Do not share backups through public links. Verify restores in a separate test environment first; an old backup may overwrite newer records.

Prohibited activity

Bypassing permissions, querying another company’s records, password attacks, uploading malicious files, unauthorized data harvesting and disrupting service are prohibited. Obtain explicit prior authorization for security testing.

Suspicious activity and reporting

Notify your company administrator if you notice suspicious access, a document sent to the wrong recipient or a possible data leak. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal data in the report; use the existing service-support channel. Do not hinder investigation by deleting records or altering systems.

Limitations

This policy sets expected user conduct; it is not a declaration of independent audit, certification, uninterrupted service or absolute protection against attacks. Security requires managing software, server configuration, maintenance and user behavior together.
